Automatic Brush Type Self Cleaning Filter

Automatic brush type self-cleaning filter is a kind of equipment that utilizes a strainer to directly intercept impurities in the water in order to purify the water and protect the rest of the system from normal operation.

Working principle

The auto brush type self-cleaning filter consists of driving mechanism, control pipeline, main tube assembly, filter element assembly, cleaning mechanism, connecting flange and other main parts. The water to be treated enters the body from the inlet, and the particles in the water are deposited on the stainless steel wedge screen, which generates a pressure difference.

Through the differential pressure switch to detect the inlet and outlet pressure difference changes. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the electronic controller gives the control valve drive motor signal, the motor drives the brush to rotate and clean the filter element. At the same time the whole control valve opens for discharging. The whole cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is finished, the control valve is closed and the motor stops rotating.
