Hydraulic Self-cleaning Filter

Hydraulic Self-cleaning Filter is an indispensable treatment method for water purification in sewage treatment equipment. It is used to intercept various impurities in water to purify water quality or protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system.

Working principle

When the water enters the filter cartridge from the water inlet, the impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the water outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the predetermined, the filter will start the self-cleaning process when the value is set or when the cleaning time is reached or when it is manually pre-set.

1. The cleaning method is simple, the control method is flexible and diverse, and automatic cleaning and sewage discharge can be realized. Even if the water intake fluctuates greatly, it can automatically adapt and deal with it.
