Brush Self Cleaning Filter
The automatic electric brush type self-cleaning filter is suitable for various water supply systems, especially the continuous operation system. Structure and working principle
The internal structure of the automatic brush filter is composed of brush type or stainless steel wire brush, stainless steel filter screen and transmission parts. The transmission motor and electric valve automatically complete the cleaning and sewage discharge. The operation mode is automatic operation (also manual operation). Differential pressure and timing automatic sewage dual functions. The automation part adopts PLC programmable controller.
Filtration: The liquid to be filtered enters the filter through the liquid inlet. During the filtration process, the impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter screen, and the impurities in the inner layer gradually accumulate, resulting in a pressure difference between the inside and outside sides. The pressure difference is used to monitor the water inlet and outlet. differential pressure change;
Cleaning: When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will start: the electronic control system gives a signal, the motor starts to work, and drives the stainless steel brush to rotate and scrape off impurities;
Drain: After a certain period of time, the drain valve is opened to start drain. The drain time is set according to the amount of impurities and the value of the filtrate.
