How Do DS Series Self Cleaning Filters Process?

Water flows in from the inlet of the filter and then flows out from the outlet after passing through the filter net. Thereby, the impurity particles will accumulate continuously on the surface of the filter net, thus pressure difference will be caused between the inner and outer of the filter net. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05MPa, the pressure difference switch will transfer electrical signals to the electric cabinet control panel, then control panel turns on the motor and open the drain valve simultaneously. The motor drives the brush in the filter net to rotate, the impurity particles are brushed down from the filter net and drained out from the drain valve.

DS Series electric brush filter is a fully automatic cleaning filter, the brushes are installed in the filter screen, the brushes are driven by the motor, An electromagnetic drain valve are installed on the filter cover. When cleaning, the signal from the pressure switch is transferred to the control panel, the control panel opens the drain valve and start the motor at the same time, driven the brush to remove the dirt impurities, under the action of water discharge them through the drain valve out of the filter. No need to stop cleaning.
