Self-cleaning Filter

Self-cleaning filter is a widely used equipment in the water treatment industry, its simple design and good performance make the sewage achieve a good filtering effect. Its main components are: motor, electric control box, control pipeline, main assembly, filter element assembly, stainless steel brush, frame assembly, transmission shaft, import and export connection flange, etc.

The automatic self-cleaning filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filtration products, such as small dirt-holding capacity, easy to be clogged by dirt, the filtering part needs to be disassembled and cleaned and the filter status cannot be monitored, etc. It has the function of filtering the raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element automatically, and the system provides uninterrupted water supply when cleaning and discharging, and the working status of the filter can be monitored, with a high degree of automation.

Working Principle:

The sewage enters the machine from the inlet of the equipment, and the coarse filter first intercepts the larger impurities in the sewage to prevent them from entering the inside of the body and damaging the parts in the body. After the coarse filter, the water flows to the fine filter at the other end of the machine, and the fine filter intercepts the impurities and dirt in the water for the last time. Because the dirt on the screen blockage so that the water in the screen and the water outside the screen pressure difference, when this pressure difference reaches the set value of the differential pressure switch, the electronic control box issued a sewage signal, control valve, motor drive, the body of the sewage valve open at the same time. The motor rotates and drives the stainless steel brush in the body to clean the dirt on the screen, and then discharges the sewage through the discharge port to complete a self-cleaning process. This type of filter is also installed with timing controller, which can discharge at a certain time interval.
