Self-cleaning Filter with Spiral Scraper

The Self-cleaning Filter with Spiral Scraper is an automatic self-cleaning filtration system designed to remove ultra-high and variable Total Suspended Solids (TSS) from fluids, especially suitable for high viscosity liquids. Each filter unit contains a motor-driven helical brush that continuously cleans the interior of the filter of impurities collected. Solids collect at the end of the filter housing and are discharged through an automatic purge valve or a continuous stream of concentrate.

The system does not require high pressure to operate and works with very low differential pressure. No backwash, cross flow or booster pumps required. The cleanroom can be configured to dump solids directly into waste or to concentrate solids.
