Scraper Self-cleaning Filter

Scraper self-cleaning filter (referred to as scraper filter/scraper filter/mechanical self-cleaning filter), through efficient mechanical scraping method to automatically remove particulate impurities on the inner surface of the filter element, the filter element adopts high-quality metal wedge-shaped material, tt has the characteristics of large filter area, long service life, good self-cleaning effect, etc. The scraper material can be selected from 4F plate, nylon brush or wire brush, equipped with high elastic spring, which can be accurately stretched, close to the surface of the filter element, and effectively scrape impurities. When the impurities accumulate to a certain level, the automatic drain valve is opened, and the impurities are discharged from the bottom drain outlet, which can realize continuous filtration. The particulate and impurities can be recovered, no filter consumables are produced, and frequent manual cleaning is not required. It is suitable for intermittent production conditions. The scraper close to the surface of the filter screen is driven by the geared motor to rotate to scrape off the impurities on the surface of the filter screen. Impurity removed from filter screen, and along with the fluid drop in the impurities collection part of the filter bottom. The sewage discharge valve turns on according to set program, drains the impurities out. It adopts the reverse suction components and scraper components to clean the impurities adsorbed on the surface of the filter element.

Characteristics:

3. PLC control functions: differential pressure cleaning, regular cleaning, manual cleaning, and differential pressure priority, and can be connected to the central control room; it can provide system overpressure alarm, equipment failure and system failure self-diagnosis prompt functions.
