Working Principle
The slurry flows top-down from the filter inlet, and flow to outlet through the surface of the filter element.
Particles larger than the slot of the filter element are intercepted inside the filter element, and some impurities are stuck on the inner surface of the filter element to form a filter cake.
At a certain thickness, the cleaning device is activated, and the cylinder makes the circular scraper to push the filter cake into the filter cake collection cavity at the bottom of the filter. When a certain amount of filter cake accumulates in the collection cavity, the drain valve is regularly opened to remove the liquid containing high concentration impurities. The residual liquid can be recycled or directly discharged.
No frequent manual cleaning is required, suitable for continuous production conditions with high impurity content.
Traditional manual filtrations are frequently blocked when filtering viscous materials and soft impurities. Customers are forced to choose large filters or frequently backwash device, which requires large investment, heavy work, and materials waste.
The filter is gradually replacing traditional manual filters such as vibrating screens, bag filters, basket filters, and some backwashing self-cleaning filters in many fields due to its significant technical advantages and low life cycle cost.
