The fully automatic backwash filter is a precision equipment that uses the filter screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended solids and particles in the water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. The full-automatic backwash filter has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and blowdown the filter element. When cleaning and blowdown, the system continuously supplies water. It can be monitored the working state, which is of a high degree of automation.

Working Principle:

Raw water enters the machine body from the water inlet and flows through the filter screen to filter out small impurities in the water. With the accumulation of various pollutants in the filter medium at the inner side of the filter screen, the filter channel is blocked, and the pressure difference at the water inlet and outlet gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts the motor and backwash high-pressure pump. At this time, the drive device drives the sewage shaft with suction nozzle to rotate and horizontally move back and forth at the inner side of the filter screen, At the same time, on the outside of the filter screen, the high-pressure backwashing device acts synchronously with the blowdown device and presents a corresponding relationship. Without interrupting the normal water production, the filter screen is high-pressure backwashed with only a small amount of product water. The backwashing water penetrates the filter screen, and the impurities stripped from the filter screen are quickly sucked into the blowdown shaft by the suction nozzle, and finally discharged from the blowdown chamber. After a backwashing process, the differential pressure decreases, all components reset, and the system returns to normal operation
