The Pneumatic Scraper Self Cleaning Filter has a compact structure, automatic continuous operation, efficient and stable filtration effect, small energy consumption and long service life. With significant technological progress and cost-effective advantages, it is gradually replacing traditional filtration in many fields such as bag type, basket type, core type, plate frame, vibrating screen, or some recoil type self-cleaning filter.
Pneumatic Scraper Self Cleaning Filter is a internal pressure filtration, driven by compressed air to scrape off the impurities retained on the inner surface of the filter screen; suitable for working conditions such as precision 25-3500 microns, water and general viscosity, small flux, etc.
The filtration process is continuous, and the filtrate impurities that are mechanically cleaned will fall freely to the bottom collection cavity and be discharged from the sewage outlet, and the discharged residual liquid will be treated by a recovery system or directly discharged.
